WHAT WE OFFER

  • The start date of employment will be: August 2025
  • This role has a starting salary of £26,401 per annum, final offer will be made based on skills and experience.
  • Full Time: 39 hours working 5 days per week. Night shifts and weekend work may be required.
  • Due to health and safety guidelines, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • A qualification in a relevant creative field or work experience in a creative environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • An interest in home furnishings, design, and understanding how people live, with the ability to generate inspiring ideas for customers.
  • A practical approach, comfortable working with hand tools, and at heights.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Use visual merchandising skills to showcase IKEA's identity through range presentation solutions, working with store layout, range presentation, and vitality.
  • Understand the local market to plan and implement relevant, inspiring, affordable, and commercial range presentation solutions that cater to diverse styles and tastes.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and other teams to exploit commercial opportunities and understand their impact on financial results.
  • Implement range changes in accordance with the commercial calendar.
