Services Asset Team at CCHA as a Property Surveyor (Assets).
We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:
Degree, HNC or equivalent in a construction discipline, knowledge of housing construction
and maintenance including energy efficiency and improvement measures alongside a
positive attitude to provide a first-class service to our customers when delivering
improvements to their homes. Candidates will ideally have experience or knowledge of the
"Social Housing" sector, construction health & Safety legislation and be a good
communicator capable of working with standard and bespoke computer & software systems., Disability Confident
