Job Description
As a Dental Practice Sales Broker, you will be entrusted with managing the sale of one of a dental practice owner's most valuable assets and a business they have often built from scratch. You will play a crucial part in guiding them through one of the biggest milestones of their careers: preparing their business for sale. You'll develop long-term, trusting relationships with business owners and purchasers, building strong connections rooted in honesty, reliability, and genuine care. This is a field-based role where every day is different - every customer, every business, and every challenge brings a new opportunity. There is no such thing as a boring day in this role.

What's on Offer
Our client is looking to pay c.£40-45k Base Salary dependant on experience and OTE is calculated at c.£20k on top of the Base Salary. Car allowance, uncapped commission, non-contributory health insurance, pension, death in service benefits, 25 days holiday (plus bank), laptop, mobile phone and company credit card for expenses.
