Role Overview:
They seek an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful senior-level placements, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies in digital, media & the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments in these sectors
- Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
- Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to these industries
