1to1 Group are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our client in Andover. You will support the company MD and general manager, focusing on providing all aspects of general administration support as well as some broader support for the company as required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the diary, appointments and organisation of correspondence of company boardroom MD and General Manager
- Administration of company boardroom bookings and hospitality.
- Arrangements of the all Staff events and AGMs.
- Production of reports and presentations as required using Microsoft Office applications.
- Administration duties to support HR, H&S and IT functions.
- Coordinate and progress designated projects.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role whether EA, PA or Office Manager
- Self-motivated
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative to achieve results
- Have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professionalism and confidentiality is paramount in this role.
