We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses and support a variety of internal transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Integration & Compliance Director, the successful candidate will align systems, processes, and culture to ensure seamless transitions and sustainable change across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end transformation projects across the organisation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Champion cultural integration through strong communication and shared values.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align integration goals with business strategy.
  • Identify and manage integration risks to ensure minimal disruption.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business analysis and transformation, ideally in professional services or multi-site environments.
  • Strong understanding of systems rollout, business process alignment, and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Experience in accountancy firm operations (desirable).
  • A UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel between offices.
