Avalon are currently supporting a client of ours within Northamptonshire for recruitment of a Repairs Administrator. The Opportunity: My client is seeking a Repairs Administrator for an initial 5-6 month interim role to cover a secondment. This post is looking for someone to start asap, you will be working within the Asset Management team, arranging meetings, booking facilities and liaising with tenants. The successful candidate will: * Arrange meetings, book facilities/equipment, prepare agendas, attend meetings and produce and distribute minutes within agreed timescales * Support the production of progress/highlight reports for projects/key work-streams * Log mail and track to ensure responses * Provide a high-quality administrative support service * Responsible for maintaining and developing budget recording, stock control, accounting procedures and filing systems for all areas of the team * Undertake housekeeping of electronic data systems, ensuring clean live data is retained at all times * Place minor Aids and adaptation works with the DLO monitor to completion and to the satisfaction of the resident Further information: * Interviews to commence ASAP * 5-6 months interim * £16.15 per hour + VAT * Full-time working pattern – 37.5hours * Hybrid opportunity after induction Requirements: Must have experience within an administrative position within a Housing Association, Local Authority or Charity.
