We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Psychologist atour Cambden practice. in this role, you\โ€™ll encounter dailychallenges and rewarding moments, directly influencing the lives ofindividuals in the community. Your role will see you supportingFoster Care services, Clients funded under the NDIS , Home Careclients, Employee Assistant Programs (EAP), and external clients ofChallenge Community Services.

The Role:

In this role, you\โ€™ll step into a vibrant team environment withestablished referrals and cases awaiting your expertise. Your focuswill be on providing a clinical lens across assessments, therapy,and community-based interventions. Enjoy the flexibility of workingfrom home one day a week while contributing to ourmultidisciplinary approach. Your impact will span from earlychildhood to late adulthood, as we\โ€™re dedicated to meeting clientneeds with excellence. Collaborate closely with Foster Careservices and NDIS-funded clients, as we\โ€™re registered providersunder NDIS and Medicare.

About you:

We\โ€™re looking for a registered or eligible psychologist who ispassionate about working with children, young people, or adultswith disabilities and complex behavioral needs. You are someone whocan think on their feet, solve problems effectively, andcollaborate across all services to achieve positive outcomes forour clients and their families. Excellent communication skills,including the ability to express ideas clearly and logically, areessential.

Experience with assessments is highly desirable. Additionally,possessing a current NSW driver\โ€™s license, COVID-19 vaccinations,and the necessary background checks is a must. If you haveexperience in OOHC/ADHC/NDIS or a similar field, or if you\โ€™veworked in Mental Health, provided Clinical Supervision, or are aMedicare provider, we\โ€™d love to hear from you. Familiarity withFamily Systems Therapy and strong group facilitation or trainingskills would also be valuable
