The first yurt-based outdoor nursery school, Farley Sparsholt really is a nursery like no other. With opportunities to visit the local farm and forest school provision, our Farley Sparsholt rooms are roofed only by the sky!
We’re looking for passionate and ambitious Early Years Educators (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) to embrace the outdoors, who will work in partnership with the rest of the educator team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
About the job:- Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework
- Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
- Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment
- Level 3 or above qualification within early years
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together
- Level 2 and unqualified Educators may also be considered, subject to room ratios
- Salary: From £24,440 - £28,454.40 FTE - dependent on experience and qualifications + £1000 Welcome Bonus (pro-rata for part-time hours)
