Are you a Stock Condition Surveyor seeking your next contract? My client has an immediate opportunity to join their Property Services Team on an initial interim basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Cover a designated area consisting of properties throughout Hampshire.
  • Carry out Stock Condition Surveys to general needs housing, temporary accommodation, sheltered units and extra-care units, as well as leased and non-operational assets.
  • Utilise tablets to assist in carrying out Stock Condition Surveys to the housing stock, detailing the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Where possible, support in producing EPCs across housing stock.
  • Assess the properties’ exteriors, identifying defects and writing up reports on required works.
  • Review the lifecycle and renewing of windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms and general cyclical decorations.
  • Undertake risk assessments in accordance with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and action any findings as appropriate.
  • Upload surveys onto asset management system each week and work closely with the team to address any urgent requirements.

Requirements:

  • HND/HNC in surveying or previous experience in a similar role.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • DEA Qualification (desirable).
