Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the product portfolio & forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Gather, analyze, and act on market insights.
  • HCP Marketing Execution: Consistently deliver impactful HCP customer marketing to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Localized Messaging: Create and localize HCP-centric messaging to resonate with UK customer needs.
  • Commercial Collaboration: Partner closely with commercial teams to support effective field execution of marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Conferences & Webinars: Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful HCP events, including conferences and webinars, to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Material Platforms: Implement and maintain content platforms, ensuring resources are accessible and impactful.
  • Campaign Measurement: Track and analyse marketing material & campaign performance, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • KOL Engagement: Foster strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Testimonial Content: Develop HCP and patient testimonials that showcase real-world impact and support brand messaging.
  • Education Collaboration: Partner with the education team to enhance the clinical knowledge of the field team and optimize the setup and execution of the Academy.

This role reports to the UK Head of Marketing who will be working alongside you to bring this to life. There will be plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and flex those creative muscles.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level, preferably in marketing or subsequent marketing qualifications.
  • Previous product management & marketing experience.
  • Ability to convey the β€œso what” of marketing.
  • Ability to navigate and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise.
