I'm working on behalf of a respected organisation within the sports and events sector, who are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering their digital strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, data-driven marketer to take ownership of campaigns that engage audiences, enhance commercial performance, and elevate the digital presence of a well-known brand in sport. What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across paid media, email, CRM, and SEO.
- Manage and grow digital audiences, supporting fan engagement and commercial objectives.
- Lead on CRM strategy and database optimisation to improve targeting and insights.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using data to shape future activity.
- Collaborate across marketing, commercial, and content teams - plus external agencies.
- Contribute to digital innovation by evaluating emerging tools and technologies.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role (sports, gaming, or e-commerce experience ideal).
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM, SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset, with a track record of delivering insight-led results.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Degree or qualification in marketing/digital marketing (plus relevant certifications a bonus).
Up to £36,000 per annum. Hybrid working: 4 days on-site (Birmingham HQ), 1 day from home. Additional benefits package included.
