We've partnered with a dynamic and fast-growing fire installation and certification company based in Chigwell. Backed by private equity and powered by a genuine, kind, and ambitious leadership team, they are on an exciting growth journey and now, we’re looking for a Contracts Manager to help lead the way.
As Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and local authority contracts. You’ll oversee project delivery, ensure compliance, manage client relationships, and help drive operational excellence in a high-growth environment. You will need experience managing contracts with the products and services - reactive and responsive repairs, installation and improvement works, inspection/testing/certification of fire and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing multiple contracts from mobilisation through to final delivery.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and managing contract profitability.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing active fire servicing contracts (essential).
