THE ROLE
This company is seeking a dynamic, all-rounder analytics leader who can blend strategy with hands-on execution. This role involves leading the data and analytics practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive insights, and supporting clients in their data-driven decision-making. You will have a significant impact on both client strategy and internal capabilities, ensuring that the business stays ahead of industry trends. You will have 2 team members reporting into you.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Strong background in data science, measurement and attribution modelling
- Tech stack: Google Analytics (GA4), BigQuery/SQL, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce
- Experience working closely with clients to define and implement data strategies
- Knowledge of MarTech tools and their integration into business strategies
- Ability to lead and inspire a growing data practice, ensuring it evolves with client needs
