We are partnering with our client as they look to recruit an experienced Onsite IT Support professional to join their London team offering a white glove service to internal clients and guests in their City of London office. They are specifically looking to professionals that have experience in a similar support role in the Legal Sector.
This is a varied front facing role, and you will be part of a team offering support across hardware, software, applications and systems. Alongside troubleshooting issues, you will also be tasked with activities such as setting up, configuring, and installing software on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment and supporting AV requirements.
Proud of the white glove / hotel style experience they offer, you must have proven experience within a similar role. In addition to supporting users and guests and their day to day needs you will also be invited to work on projects of varying sizes.

Skills and experience required:- A minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in offering a wide range of technology support, including hardware, software, applications and AV
- Experience in offering face to face / deskside support in a Legal environment
- Alongside your technical experience you must be able to evidence excellent customer service skills
In addition to the salary on offer, there is also a bonus scheme, and exceptional benefits extended to their staff. Due to the nature of the role there is a requirement to be onsite each day Monday to Friday. Unfortunately hybrid working is not an option.
