Descrição da vaga:
- Arrumar os apartamentos, durante a permanência e após a saída dos hóspedes, efetuando a limpeza de todas as suas dependências, trocando enxovais e repondo os materiais necessários (amenidades).
- Organizar o carrinho de limpeza, acondicionando todos os materiais, equipamentos, utensílios e outros objetos necessários à arrumação e limpeza dos apartamentos (enxovais, produtos de limpeza, amenidades, aspirador de pó, vassoura etc.).
- Efetuar o check-list de itens de manutenção, frigobar e papelaria, bem como informar o superior sobre eventuais irregularidades e necessidades de reposição.
- Conservar a limpeza e arrumação de todos os apartamentos vagos.
- Zelar pela limpeza do corredor e hall do elevador.
- Identificar objetos deixados/esquecidos nos apartamentos e entregá-los ao superior imediato.
- Efetuar a coleta das roupas dos hóspedes a serem enviadas à lavanderia externa.
- Manter limpa e organizada a copa de serviços do andar.
- Acondicionar os enxovais usados em sacos apropriados para entrega à lavanderia, bem como informar eventuais danos/estragos no enxoval, ao superior imediato.
- Registrar informações gerais sobre a ocupação dos apartamentos (quantidade de hóspedes por apartamento/status de UH, arrumação etc.), seguindo procedimentos preestabelecidos.
- Aplicar os processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área.
- Zelar pelos equipamentos e materiais sob sua responsabilidade.
- Zelar pela guarda da chave do andar, seguindo critérios e procedimentos preestabelecidos.
- Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
