The Opportunity
Here at QVC UK, we have been voted as a certified top employer for ten years running – right now, we are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service to join our award-winning Contact Centre located in Knowsley.
Hourly Pay: £11.64 per hour
Contract type: Permanent Part-time
Monday, Friday and Saturday: 21:00 – 02:00, 15 hours per week.

Your Impact – What will I do as an Orderline Representative?
Reporting to one of our contact centre leaders, you will be the welcoming friendly voice of QVC and be passionate about providing world class customer service. Our Orderline team members handle inbound customer calls, efficiently and accurately processing customer orders whilst promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty. You will also work towards achievable individual performance targets.
To set you up to be successful and ensure you are ready to be great in your role, you will be provided with a supportive and seamless onboarding experience – which will include two weeks of training.
Remote working approach (Minimum of first 3 months working onsite)
We aim to provide a flexible workplace where you can enjoy a combination of working from home and office-based working. After you have passed your 3 month probationary period, your Leader can discuss what options we have available and what will work best for you.
