Role Overview:
They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the consumer & retail sales sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the consumer & retail sales sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling for leadership roles.
- Develop candidate briefs and market mapping reports.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to placement.
