We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Manager for an upcoming school project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on creating robust programmes and ensuring all project documentation is impeccable.
As our Site Manager, you'll be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school construction project. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Programme Development: Taking the lead in developing, monitoring, and updating detailed project programmes to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Your passion for planning will be key!
- Administrative Excellence: Meticulously completing and managing all project-related administrative tasks, including site diaries, risk assessments, method statements, and health and safety documentation.
- Site Supervision: Overseeing all site activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Managing and motivating the site team, subcontractors, and trades.

- Valid Certifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), First Aid at Work Certificate.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
