We’re hiring a Transformation Manager for our public sector client in Surrey on an initial 6-month contract paying up to £500 per day Inside IR35. This hybrid role (2-3 days in the office) will see you leading transformation and change programmes across the Children, Families & Lifelong Learning (CFLL) Directorate. You’ll act as a consultant-style delivery lead, driving service redesign, improvement, and long-term impact.
