Junior Production Manager - Luxury

We\’re working on a brilliant new opportunity with a growing luxury womenswear brand based in West London, specialising in high-end, hand-embellished occasionwear produced in India. With strong momentum behind them and a reputation for quality and craftsmanship, they\’re now looking to appoint a Junior Production Manager to support and oversee their production and sampling processes.
This is a key role within a small, agile team, offering hands-on experience across the full production cycle-from initial development through to final delivery. The successful candidate will take ownership of managing the sample room and coordinating with suppliers and factories in India to ensure timely production, consistent quality, and smooth communication between teams.
We\’re looking for someone highly organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple product lines and critical paths. Experience working with Indian production is highly advantageous, as is a strong understanding of embellishment, hand techniques, and garment construction. This role also involves close collaboration with design, technical, and freelance machinists to manage fittings and ensure sampling runs efficiently.
