Are you an experienced communicator who wants to make an impact in global health as IGHI Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Manager? At the Institute of Global Health Innovation (IGHI), you will work with a committed and talented team to lead and support communication and events activities across various research areas. The IGHI Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Manager will play a vital role in enhancing IGHI’s reputation as a world-leading institute in global health research, education, and policy.

Your responsibilities will include leading the institute’s communications strategy, developing its reputation in the international global health arena, and facilitating inspiring events that showcase its work and increase visibility to stakeholders. You will identify opportunities to provide expert commentary on breaking news, disseminate the institute’s expertise, and manage its website and social media platforms. Additionally, you will oversee and mentor a small team, building and maintaining relationships with collaborators.

Ideal candidates will have line management experience and a strong background in delivering high-level communications such as press releases, policy briefings, reports, website news articles, briefing papers, donor publications, newsletters, and social media content. Strong communication skills, a passion for healthcare, creativity, excellent organizational skills, and experience planning and delivering high-profile events are essential. You should be confident working independently and collaboratively, with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and ensure impactful outcomes.
