Harte Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading property investment and development firm known for delivering high-yield residential and commercial real estate opportunities across the UK. Specialising in sourcing prime investment properties, this company offers a full end-to-end service—from acquisition and development to asset management. They are now searching for a Property Investment Sales Manager to join their dynamic, fast-growing team based in Gateshead.

This role is far from a typical management position. As a Property Investment Sales Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales engine from the ground up. You won’t just inherit a team or process—you’ll shape and scale the entire sales function. Your responsibilities will include hiring and coaching appointment setters and closers, refining sales strategy, and implementing robust systems to drive performance.

The Package:

  • Competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000 plus performance-based commission, with an OTE of £60,000–£65,000 in your first year, increasing in your second year and so on.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible starting and finishing hours between 8am and 6pm.
  • Hybrid working: with the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, including an additional day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Ongoing training and support from experienced sales leaders and coaches to help you excel.
  • Company phone and laptop provided.

The Role:

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team from scratch.
  • Collaborate with Sales Director and founders to translate vision into strategy and results.
  • Spend up to 2 days per week on direct sales initially, moving to a full leadership role.
  • Design and improve sales processes, playbooks, and performance systems.
  • Lead daily huddles, bi-weekly 1:1s, and weekly team meetings.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and monitor KPIs to maximise conversions and revenue.

The Person:

  • 2+ years in sales leadership with proven personal and team success.
  • Experience in either property investment, finance, B2C consultative sales, or scaling sales teams is essential.
  • Data-driven, commercially focused, and KPI-oriented.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales dashboards.
  • Hands-on seller who grows into a strategic leader.
  • Aligned with company values; thrives in fast-paced, founder-led businesses.
