As an 1st/2nd Line Onsite Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for the school and will be the onsite presence for any IT issues. The primary objective of the role is to provide first time resolution - you will achieve this by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems once it has been escalated to you. If first time resolution is not possible, you will either maintain consistent communication with the customer while you work to resolve or fix the issue or will escalate the ticket to their service desk team.
Salary is £30,000-35,000 per annum depending on experience and skillset. While benefits include holidays, pension, and other benefits. Plus, exams paid for!
