Site Manager

Options Resourcing are working with an office fit-out and refurbishment company to find a Site Manager for 8 weeks on laboratory fit out project in Oxford. As a successful Site Manager you will oversee managing subcontractors, planning works and feeding back to the client on the day-to-day progress. Along with that you will be responsible for issuing permits, ensuring quality of work and H&S is maintained. As Site Manager you will be responsible for: The day-to-day management of sub-contractors Maintaining the program of works Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards Maintaining site records and progress reports.
