Role Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in managing the store to maximize profitability through sales, cost management, and brand delivery.
- Create a fun and inspiring atmosphere aligned with our brand and culture.
- Develop the team through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Analyze financial data and local market knowledge to maximize sales and support commercial decisions.
- Ensure store operations adhere to budgets, including scheduling, cost controls, and productivity.
- Implement retail plans effectively through planning and organization.
- Coordinate with Head Office on stock management and visual standards.
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, health and safety, GDPR, and legal obligations.
- Oversee visual merchandising, sales launches, and floor moves.
- In the absence of the Store Manager, take on responsibilities to ensure store success.
