Our client, the fastest growing express parcel delivery company in the UK, is searching for a Recruitment Administrator to join their skilled and friendly team. The Owner Driver Department is critical to our success and growth; responsible for the successful onboarding and payment of over 11,500 Owner Drivers across the UK.
Overview of Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding of franchise drivers, providing a wide range of administrative support to our depots. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with driver applicants
- Identifying suitable candidates and supporting their progression to Owner Driver (franchise)
- Supporting the application process, ensuring data integrity and compliance of all supporting documentation
- Providing user guidance and support to the Owner Driver population
- Liaising with depot management to schedule business meetings
- Working closely with Owner Driver Administration, Transport, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Management
- Maintaining strong relationships with the Network and Relationship team
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager with other departmental tasks
Pay £12.21 per hour, with potential to increase to £13.94 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Two days of remote work are available, subject to business needs.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have proven and demonstrable administrative experience, ideally within a busy and pressurized environment. Your communication skills will be essential, as will your ability to coach and support drivers and the network through the application process. Additionally, you should:
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Be understanding and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Have good experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-sheets, G-docs)
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Have excellent attention to detail
