We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and ethical wealth management firm that is known for championing its people and creating long-term careers – not just jobs. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Financial Administrator to join their supportive team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in financial services or wealth management who is ambitious, professional, and keen to train into a paraplanner role.

The Role:

  • Administrative support for two Financial Advisers and their paraplanners
  • Processing new business and maintaining client records
  • Drafting correspondence and simple reports
  • Liaising with clients and providers
  • Supporting compliance and implementation of advice
  • Participating in process improvement projects and internal development

Requirements:

  • 12–24 months’ experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial services admin
  • Degree-educated with strong communication and organisation skills
  • Ambitious and eager to develop into a Paraplanner
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations is beneficial
