We are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our property marketing agency client based in central London. You will help manage a portfolio of accounts comprising some of the largest property owners in London and beyond, with the goal to run your projects single handedly and take on more client-facing responsibility.
The role includes:
- Being responsible for the day-to-day running of property marketing projects from start to finish.
- Thoroughly briefing our design team, and any external suppliers.
- Managing internal and external deadlines.
- Managing and tracking budgets: quoting based on briefs, monitoring and managing when invoices for your projects need to be sent.
- Building and developing relationships with your clients and commercial property agents.
- Assisting on new business pitches.
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous Account Management or Project management experience.
- Experience in the Property / Real Estate industry.
- An understanding and experience in the design, artwork and digital production process.
- Good organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Client facing experience.
Employment Type: Full-time Mon-Thurs 4 days in office and Fridays from home.
