As Campus Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for our students, staff, and visitors by ensuring our campuses are welcoming, safe, and run to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a facilities team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services.
  • Managing service contracts and performance, ensuring value for money and compliance.
  • Overseeing health and safety, emergency planning, and risk management.
  • Promoting sustainability and improving the physical campus environment.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for all facilities-related matters on campus.

You will bring strong experience in facilities or campus management, ideally in a complex or public-facing environment. You will also bring:

  • Proven leadership and contract management experience.
  • Confidence working with budgets and service level agreements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety, statutory compliance, and best practice in facilities management.
  • A relevant professional qualification (such as IWFM or NEBOSH) with experience in higher education is an advantage, but not essential.
