Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations within the organisation. The individual will ensure the efficient and effective functioning of equipment, facilities, and systems, contributing to the safety, productivity, and sustainability of operations. Requirements include: Ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. 7+ years of experience in facilities/estate management, with a proven track record of managing budgets and insurance claims.
