We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to lead the change management strategy and execution for a major operating model transformation within a telecoms business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the operating model transformation goals.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify change risks and readiness levels.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units, including executive leadership, to drive alignment and buy-in.
  • Design and deliver targeted communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in change management roles within telecoms and large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of operating model design and implementation
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environment

Details:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 3 – 6 months
  • Day rate: £800-£1,000 LTD
  • Location: London / Hybrid
