We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Interaction Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. You'll be instrumental in understanding complex user needs, designing sophisticated interactive flows, and crafting compelling interfaces that delight our users within the financial services sector.
This role demands close collaboration with product managers, researchers, and engineers. Together, you'll translate intricate business challenges into elegant, user-centred solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, as well as planning and conducting usability testing to rigorously refine your designs. You'll also be expected to mentor more junior designers and champion best practices.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in interaction design, with a significant portion of that time spent working within the financial services industry. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in advanced interaction design principles and a deeply user-centric approach is essential for this senior position.
Location & Hybrid Working
This role is based in Leeds, and we're looking for candidates who currently reside in Leeds or the surrounding areas. You'll be happy to attend our Leeds office twice a week as part of our hybrid working model.
