We’re hiring an experienced Systems Administrator to join a growing in-house IT team for a forward-thinking, tech-led organisation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the Lead Systems Administrator and CTO to manage, secure, and optimise on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

You’ll play a key role in keeping critical systems running, supporting a hybrid tech environment, and helping drive automation and infrastructure improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain on-prem and cloud systems (Azure/AWS)
  • Support server provisioning, networking, security, and backups
  • Respond to alerts and incidents to maintain uptime and performance
  • Drive automation and scripting to reduce manual tasks
  • Support internal IT requests, audits, and onboarding
What You’ll Need
  • 2–4 years in a Systems Admin or similar IT infrastructure role
  • Solid experience with Windows/Linux environments, AD, Group Policy
  • Comfortable with virtualisation (VMware), Office 365, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud setups, networking, and endpoint security
Bonus if you have:
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes, or Intune/JAMF
