The Opportunity
- Leading the migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Salesforce across key business units
- Supporting and improving CRM usage across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Knowledge Base teams
- Acting as the primary point of contact for CRM queries, system performance, and user training
- Collaborating with stakeholders globally to understand requirements and deliver CRM solutions
- Building dashboards and reports to generate insights into customer behaviour, pipeline performance, and business KPIs
- Managing platform configurations, workflows, and security roles to ensure CRM integrity and user effectiveness
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3β5 years of experience in CRM administration or system management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, and ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- A collaborative mindset and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
