You will be supported to complete this qualification during your first year in post.

As a Tutor, you will work under the supervision of one of our Pathway Leads and be supported by the wider education leadership team. We would encourage you to visit us for a tour and we are more than happy to offer an informal chat if you live further afield.

We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring individual who will be fully committed to supporting our college improvement journey and ensuring students have the richest learning experience possible. Working with people with such complex needs requires patience, creativity and a willingness to embrace joint working. Above all, we need someone who believes in an ambitious education for all. You may be an experienced teacher or an individual with the desire to move into a teaching role and the commitment to do so.

InFocus is a unique environment where every young person is different. The desire to work here is predicated on a recognition of the importance of learning at an individual level and the flexibility to move beyond more mainstream settings in terms of how learning is delivered.
