Join the SHEIKE Squad! We believe that every day can turn into a style statement - we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who will help us make fashion exceptional, every day. As the ASM you will be a brand ambassador for SHEIKE every day. You will provide an absolutely exceptional customer experience & support your store manager in leading your team of Stylists to do the same. You will drive the team to build genuine customer connections, exceed KPI targets as well as grow personally & professionally.

In this role, you will support in the commercial decision making, drive an operational business, provide beautiful customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business.

As the Assistant Store Manager you will:

  • Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
  • Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
  • Ensure the team is creating a high energy & compelling experience for customers
  • Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team
  • Drive & manage KPIs daily
  • Support in coaching & developing your team consistently to foster their development
  • Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
  • Support in driving a commercial business
  • Excellent operations & stock management
  • Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:

  • Minimum 1+ years experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager
  • Positive attitude & willingness to grow & work in partnership with an SM
  • Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
  • The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
  • Self-motivated & strong communicator
  • A passionate SHEIKE brand ambassador that believes in excellence always
