Are you a confident recruiter ready to take ownership of day-to-day hiring across a growing business? Do you enjoy recruiting for tech and engineering professionals? Our client is looking for a Talent Partner to join them on a fixed-term contract. You’ll be responsible for managing recruitment across a wide range of roles – from sourcing through to offer – working directly with hiring managers and supporting the Head of Talent. This role will focus specifically on recruiting talent for the company’s internal technology and engineering functions. Whether you’ve already worked in-house or are an experienced agency tech recruiter looking to move client-side, this is a great opportunity to step into an autonomous, fast-paced role where you can make a real impact.
Contract: 6-month FTC, with a view to start ASAP
Location: Luton
Hybrid Working: 1 day a week in the office
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
Bonus: £2,000 completion bonus at the end of the contract
