Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maximise business opportunities from external and internal leads.
- Support the branch network with booking viewings, market valuations, and promoting the company's services via outbound telephone calls.
- Make outbound telephone calls to potential vendors, landlords, and applicants.
- Promote our estate agency services including valuations, property listings, viewings, and mortgage referrals.
- Maintain and update the customer database accurately.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Book appointments for valuers and negotiators.
- Handle inbound sales calls and deal with initial enquiries.
- Achieve and exceed set call targets, conversion rates, and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist with general sales administration when required.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
