The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and delivering top‑tier talent across the European Data Centre Engineering market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete 360° recruitment process from business development to placement
Build and expand a strong portfolio of clients across Europe
Develop and nurture a powerful candidate network across technical disciplines
Engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha, job boards, and our CRM
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with precision and professionalism
Track performance, pipeline, and activity using our CRM and KPI framework
Stay informed on market and competitor trends to provide insight‑led consultation
Consistently exceed personal and team targets
About You
Minimum two years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, data centres, or other technical markets
Proven success in hitting and exceeding targets, with a record of business development wins
Strong commercial awareness and a solutions‑focused mindset
Confident and credible when engaging with senior stakeholders
Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable running a high‑performance desk
Adaptable and able to operate across European markets and time zones
Ambitious to progress into a leadership role as we develop our future Team Managers
