You will be responsible for:

  • Planning outbound calls to customers in order to generate new business opportunities.
  • Proactively discuss and identify solutions and opportunities with the customer.
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
  • Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.
  • Conducting price negotiations with customers within company regulations.
  • Managing customer backorder expectations and reporting.
  • Proactively developing relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Ensuring CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.
  • Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers.
  • Selling the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition.
