Eligibility and Requirements
- To be considered for the trainee programme, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
- The criteria include:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, with at least one year of relevant industry experience.
- A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with at least two years of relevant industry experience.
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
We are also interested in applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
