We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Health and Safety Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health and safety and eager to develop their career in the construction industry. You’ll work closely with our external Health and Safety Consultant to ensure our sites remain safe, compliant, and efficient.

You will be required to:

  • Support the implementation and enforcement of Health and Safety procedures on construction sites.
  • Work closely with the external Health and Safety Consultant to ensure legal and company compliance.
  • Review, document, and track all accidents, incidents, and near misses on site.
  • Organise and participate in quarterly Health and Safety meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
  • Maintain internal records, logs, and compliance tracking.
  • Support in the development and communication of Health and Safety training materials and initiatives.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve safety culture on site.
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes and best practices in health and safety.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience or keen interest in health and safety, ideally within a construction environment.
  • Creative skills – being able to design and produce engaging Health & Safety materials to be shared across company sites and platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • IT proficient, especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
