At VINCI Energies, we\’re seeking a Business Unit General Manager (BUGM) in our Actemium Automation Perimeter to guide strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and build empowered, high-performing teams – all while championing sustainability and innovation.

About the Role

In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our Business Unit – from strategic planning and financial oversight to business development, health & safety, and team growth. You\’ll collaborate across the organisation and with external partners to deliver meaningful results that align with our values and vision for the future.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Lead with vision: Oversee operations and performance, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and shared success.
• Drive sustainable growth: Develop business strategies, expand market opportunities, and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Champion health & safety: Promote a proactive, inclusive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Empower people: Inspire and develop your team, supporting career growth and inclusive leadership practices.
• Deliver financial outcomes: Take responsibility for the Business Unit\’s budget, financial reporting, and performance.

About You

You may have experience with:

• Leading cross-functional, high-performing teams
• Developing and delivering strategic business plans

• Managing P&L and financial reporting
