We are looking for a senior / lead residential conveyancer within the Aberdare area for a unique opportunity with a well-respected practice.

Our client is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor / conveyancer who will be responsible for supervising junior fee earners. In particular, they will be required to offer technical support, mentoring and general encouragement.

Criteria:

  • Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer
  • 7 years+ PQE
  • Exceptionally strong technical expertise in the whole range of residential property matters; including freehold & leasehold, sales & purchases, and registered & unregistered land

The successful candidates will join a forward-thinking practice and be charged with overseeing a team of fee earners.
