The position offers flexibility to work remotely and is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in a flexible capacity. Responsibilities: Provide strategic legal advice on contentious IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Represent clients in IP litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution proceedings. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop effective litigation strategies. Stay updated on developments in IP law and advise clients on potential impacts. About you: Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in contentious IP law. Proven track record in handling complex IP litigation and disputes. Deep knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law. Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases. Experience in a consulting role is advantageous.
