About the Role:
We’re partnering with a pioneering wellness brand that’s redefining the supplements space through innovation and all-natural ingredients. This is a rare chance to join a team set for major growth. They’re now looking for a social media & content manager to take the lead on building out their organic channels and online community. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast paced environments and is excited by the idea of shaping a brand’s voice, content strategy, and community from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a strong content plan across platforms maintaining brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Grow and engage with a loyal online audience.
- Create and manage campaign rollouts, launches, and weekly content calendars that align with key brand and product moments.
- Use analytics to understand measure success and update strategies.
- Ensure consistent storytelling and output across all channels.
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand stays relevant and competitive.
- Help identify and build partnerships with creators and ambassadors that align with brand values and messaging.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years’ experience in social media/content roles, ideally in wellness or skincare.
- Proven ability to build an organic following and create meaningful engagement.
- A strategic and creative mindset.
- Comfortable being hands-on.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content (Instagram, TikTok especially).
