Are you ready to drive digital transformation on a global scale? We are seeking an experienced M365 Architect to help our clients reimagine their digital workplace. As a key member of Capgemini’s global Content Services team within the Insights & Data practice, you will work at the nexus of technology, innovation and business transformation, crafting tailored, scalable, AI-enhanced content platforms that empower organisations to make data-driven decisions and meet evolving regulatory and operational demands.
The role serves as the spearhead for the development of front-end applications for software management. They ensure that the company's system architecture is responsive and the company is able to deliver technical competence. The Professional forces organisations to manage and monitor all content so that key personnel can more effectively respond to, and protect against, data breaches and financial deviations.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
- Drive Transformation: Collaborate with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to design and implement modern workplace solutions that harness the full potential of Microsoft 365. Your initiatives will enable organisations to unlock business value from unstructured content by utilising technologies such as Custom Copilot in Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry and Microsoft Purview.
- Architect Future-State Platforms: Lead the development of enterprise-grade, AI-powered content architectures by integrating core platforms including SharePoint, Teams and Exchange Online, and extending capabilities with solutions such as OpenText, BOX and next-generation migration tools (e.g. Cloudiway, Bititan, ShareGate, AvePoint, Xillio).
- Innovate and Govern: Utilise your expertise in records and information management to design robust solutions for compliance, data lifecycle management and risk management. Develop strategic roadmaps that encompass retention policies, classification frameworks, labelling strategies and end-to-end content governance.
- Assess, Strategize and Deliver: Conduct comprehensive capability assessments, identify gaps in existing information architectures and co-create actionable strategies. You will lead the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and design, through rigorous testing and migration, to detailed technical documentation.
- Champion Next-Generation Solutions: Act as a passionate advocate for modern content ecosystems, AI-driven insights and advanced enterprise search optimisation. Use data-driven analytics and sophisticated information architecture techniques to address complex business challenges.

Your Skills and Experience
- Expertise & Experience: Extensive experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise information architecture, content services and digital transformation. Extensive hands-on experience in designing, implementing and migrating robust solutions on Microsoft 365 platforms—especially SharePoint Online—complemented by a solid understanding of security and compliance management (preferably with Microsoft certification).
- Technical and Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in developing data models, conceptual/logical architectures and utilising tools such as Visio, OmniGraffle or other cloud-based visualisation platforms. A strong command of architecture and data management frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, DAMA).
- Expertise in Azure Solutions: Proven skills in designing and deploying robust, scalable and cost-effective Azure-based solutions using services such as Azure Functions, LogicApps, Azure Log Analytics and Queue architectures to ensure seamless integration and enhanced automation across customers' content ecosystem.
- Strategic and Consultative Leadership: A proven track record within multinational organisations or tier 1 consultancies, steering global compliance programmes and digital workplace initiatives. Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in accessible terms, winning over both technical teams and business leaders.
- Forward-Thinking Approach: A passion for leveraging AI and modern digital tools to revitalise legacy systems. Experience in leading transformational change and championing next-generation, AI-enabled content strategies.

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
