As the EMEA Project Delivery Manager (PDM), you will be at the forefront of deploying cutting-edge physical security systems for a prestigious global client. You’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery of integrated electronic security solutions, from concept to completion, while adhering to strict budget and timeline constraints. Your expertise in security project management, along with your adaptability and customer-centric approach, will be key to successfully navigating dynamic client needs, risks, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Project Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage the deployment of complex security systems across EMEA, ensuring the seamless integration of systems and alignment with project requirements. This includes overseeing vendor management, system validation, and project close-out.
- Global Security Design Requirements (GSDR) Compliance: Ensure all security installations meet GSDR, industry standards, and best practices, with a focus on delivering top-quality solutions within budget.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage security vendor bids, ensuring compliance with contractual deliverables and timelines. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and oversee successful execution.
- Risk-Based Consulting & Security Assessment: Provide expert consulting services, conduct risk assessments, and design mitigation strategies to address vulnerabilities in physical security infrastructure. Support security risk management efforts through technical guidance and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication channels with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
- Project Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed trackers and provide regular, transparent updates on project progress, risks, and metrics.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, regulations, and risks in the security systems and physical security solutions landscape. Keep abreast of the latest developments in integrated security technologies.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years experience in security project management or security consulting, specifically in the deployment of integrated physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection).
- 5+ years of experience in the design and/or installation of electronic security systems, with hands-on experience in systems integration.
- Engineering or technical background is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of enterprise security in complex business environments, with the ability to analyse security vulnerabilities and recommend comprehensive solutions.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and security principles is a plus.
- Expertise in security systems, including Analog/IP CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Systems.
- Knowledge of industry-leading systems such as Lenel, Milestone, and Galaxy is highly desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Microsoft Project for planning and project tracking.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD LT for system design documentation is a plus.
- Knowledge of local EMEA codes and regulations is an advantage, ensuring compliance with regional standards and legal requirements.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in IT systems and software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experienced in Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD LT for creating and reviewing system layouts.
- Awareness of local EMEA security codes and regulatory standards (a strong advantage).
