Aim Search are partnered with a growing Print Management provider who is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead with confidence and initiative. This is a high-impact Senior Sales role with a strong emphasis on generating new business (80%) while also managing and growing existing accounts (20%).

As a member of the Business Development team, you will mainly be responsible for developing new business by a range of strategic sales methods including cold calls, social media (LinkedIn) and your own network of contacts as well as networking with current customers. You’ll need to bring professionalism, energy, and a proactive mindset. You will take ownership of your pipeline, build genuine relationships, and communicate with clarity — no hard-sell tactics, just smart, strategic sales.

Experience & Background

  • Experience working within a Business Development Manager role
  • Strong B2B sales experience is essential
  • Proven success in developing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and existing contacts
  • Strategic sales experience including identifying key areas for growth and gross profit increase
  • Track record of negotiating fixed-term agreements and closing high-value business deals
  • Experience in account management and developing long-term business partnerships
  • Skilled at conducting account reviews to demonstrate value and ROI
  • Familiar with CRM tools for maintaining accurate sales records
  • Previous experience in or strong understanding of the print management sector is required

Remuneration

  • OTE: Uncapped earnings potential, typically double the base salary
  • Commission: Earn a flat percentage of the profit of every deal you sell
  • Bonus Scheme: Additional bonus scheme, over and above industry standard commission structure
